PATAK MOTORS processes your personal data provided by you when signing the reservation contract, upon the possible conclusion of the purchase contract and following the fulfilment of these contracts, and that to the following minimal extent:

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The purpose of your personal data processing includes:

• - pre-contractual relations, your identification as a contractual party, conclusion of a reservation contract, including the possible conclusion of a purchase contract, your identification as a prospective buyer of a motor vehicle and the compilation of the internal registry of PATAK MOTORS on prospective buyers of motor vehicles (including support/simplifying the communication upon the vehicle sale),
• - the fulfilment of a contract/contracts, issuance of a tax document – advanced payment invoice, invoice or other tax document, and the making of possible claims, including received payment records and the fulfilment of mandatory obligation of PATAK MOTORS to keep bookkeeping in accordance with the respective legislation
• - including the purpose of the fulfilment of the obligation of the company PATAK MOTORS to led the accountancy in accordance with the respective legal acts,
• - the legitimate interest of PATAK MOTORS, among other things, in the online security of the company website
• - mutual communication regarding the reservation and following possible purchase of motor vehicles,
• - increasing the public awareness of the company and its products in the online space (through the social networking service and the company website)
• - statistical purposes (any legal basis of the above stated purposes (compatible purposes) in accordance with Art. 89 of the GDPR Regulation.

The legal basis of the processing of your personal data is the art. 6 par. 1 letter b) of the Regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)(hereinafter referred to also only as the "GDPR Regulation”) – the fulfilment of the contract and the pre-contractional relations, art. 6 par. 1 letter c) of the GDPR Regulation – the fulfilment of the legal obligation and the art. 6 par. 1 letter f) GDPR Regulation – the legitimate interest of PATAK MOTORS, if over such an interest of PATAK MOTORS does not prevail the interests or the fundamental rights and freedoms of you as the data subject.

The purpose of the processing of your personal data can be also the regular sending of the current news related to the development and selling of the motor vehicles PATAK MOTORS. In such a case the legal basis of the processing of your personal data is art. 6 par. 1 letter a) GDPR Direction – your consent, which can be revoked by you anytime.

For the purposes of the rising of the awareness of our company and its products we can use your personal data also on the legal basis according to the art. 6 part. 1 letter f) GDPR Regulation (legitimate interest), which is in this case the legitimate interest of our company PATAK MOTORS on the rising of the awareness on our products and our company

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We provide or make available the personal data only in the necessary extent, and that to the following recipients or the categories of the recipients:

• - the subjects providing to the company the accounting services and advising;
• - the subjects providing to the company the legal advising;

The recipients are obliged to process you personal data exclusively for the purposes as described in these rules. Your data are not available to the third parties for the purposes of its independent usage or its processing beyond the frame of the purposes according to this rules.

THE PERIOD OF KEEPING OF THE DATA

The personal data are processed for the period, until the expiry of the purpose of the processing of the personal data, for which the personal data were acquired, no later that until the period, when the legal basis for the processing of the personal data according to the GDPR Regulation and the Act on the Personal Data Protection is given.

The personal data in the case of the conclusion of any contract or in the case of the mutual negotiations will be processed at least for the period of the negotiations between you and PATAK MOTORS regarding the contractual conditions, or for the period of the duration of the contractual relationship between you and PATAK MOTORS and for the period of the possible applying for any rights and claims from the contract arising from the respective legal acts and for the period, which to the company PATAK MOTORS arises from the specific tax legal acts, accountancy acts and acts regulating the archiving of the documents (e. g. the Accountancy Act, Income Tax Act, Value Added Tax Act, Archaization and Registry Act, etc.).

The personal data processed on the basis of your consent will be processed for the period of duration of your consent with the processing of the personal data, which you provided to the PATAK MOTORS voluntary for the purpose of the sending of the news on the development and selling of the motor vehicles by the company PATAK MOTORS. Analogously, the stated is applicable also to the cookie files, settings of which can be changed through our website, if you also before granted the consent and analogously, you can anytime set it in the frame of the settings of your browser. Simultaneously, you can the saved cookie files erase anytime.

The personal data processed for the statistical purposes will be processed while the duration of the other purposes of the processing of the personal data.

RIGHTS RELATED TO THE PROCESSING OF THE PERSONAL DATA

With the assumption of complying with the conditions laid down by the legal acts regulating the personal data protection, you have as the data subject the following rights:
As the data subject you have the right to demand access to the personal data, right to rectify the personal data, erasure the personal data, restriction of processing of the personal data, the right to object the processing of the personal data, as well as the right to the data portability.

If you as the data subject assumes, that you are directly affected on your rights settled by the GDPR Regulation or other respective legal acts on the data protection, you can of course contact us or you have the right to submit the submission on the commencement of the proceeding to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

THE NECESSITY OF THE PROCEEDING OF THE PERSONAL DATA

The providing of the personal data is voluntary. Equally is your voluntary decision, if you want to conclude the reservation contract with the company PATAK MOTORS and following to communicate with the company regarding the conditions of the purchase of the motor vehicle, while without the providing of the data for the conclusion of the purchase agreement and the conclusion of the purchase agreement with the company PATAK MOTOR, the ownership to the motor vehicle cannot be transferred on you.

Without the providing of your personal data we cannot conclude the reservation contract with you, or following the purchase agreement, and we cannot communicate with you regarding the possible purchase of the motor vehicle.

Equally the company PATAK MOTORS needs your personal data for the purpose of the fulfilment of your legal obligations, especially the obligations regarding the administration of the accountancy and archaization of the documentation arising from the respective legal acts. Your personal data can the company PATAK MOTORS need as well for the purpose of the defence of its rights and claims.

Without providing of your personal data for the purposes of the sending of the news on the development and the offer of the motor vehicles PATAK MOTORS we cannot inform you regularly on our offer. If you grant us your consent for the sending of this information, you can revoke it anytime. The revoke of the consent does not have the influence on the legality of the processing of the personal data before its revoking.

Analogously, it is only up to you, how will you set the cookies settings by browsing of our website and whether you will provide us the consent with the processing extending the frame of the functionality of the website, by which does not come along this line to the processing of your personal data.
